Air Navigation Services Employee - Aeronautical Information Management (100%)

Location: Dübendorf 
When: 01.01.2026 

 

Your mission:

After a 5 weeks training in our Training Centre in Dübendorf and around 11 months specific and on the job training, you will become a fully qualified member of our Aeronautical Information Management team. Thanks to your high customer orientation, you will support pilots by providing them with all the relevant information, such as airport conditions, weather reports and any potential risks, so that they can prepare effectively for their flight.

Your tasks:

  • Support pilots with relevant information (airport conditions, weather, danger areas) to prepare their flight
  • Edit flight plans and check that every detail is correct
  • Ensure accuracy and publication of the NOTAM (notice to airmen) and the DABS (Daily Airspace Bulletin Switzerland)
  • Interact with air traffic control, the Swiss Air Force, airlines, pilots, airport authorities and many other stakeholders
  • Work irregular hours (24/7)

What we are looking for:

  • Matura or completed commercial/technical vocational training
  • First work experience in the aviation sector, preferably in operation (24/7) with irregular hours
  • Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions
  • Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyse problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
  • Self & social awareness: You manage emotions effectively, staying composed under stress and avoiding impulsive reactions
  • Good command of German, English (B2) & French (B1 level)
