Purchasing Specialist
Your Responsibilities
- SAP supply management parameters set up, and future maintenance and update
- Placing orders
- Creation, activation and monitoring of the contracts and sources of supply
- Training, and support to local users in the utilization of SAP, super user role relaying corporate IT, being active in the master data management team
- Run tests and implement updates
- Support Supply Management Business partners into the spend category management application through SAP
- Support the supplier performance leader into the supplier performance monitoring through SAP
- Customs operation support
Your profile :
- Bachelor level minimum, supported with an experience in procurement / supply management
- 5 years supply management experience with SAP as an ERP (ideally SAP 4 Hana) and / or Logistics agent with SAP as and ERP
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams, users, stakeholders and management
- Ability to document processes
- Client and solution orientation with strong continuous process improvement skills
- Structured, autonomous with ability to work with teams
- German and English (French would be an asset)
