Active Directory & PKI Security Engineer (80-100%)
Location: Geneva
When: 01 July 2026 or upon availability
Your mission:
To reinforce our Microsoft AD & PKI team, you have solid knowledge of Active Directory and PKI, or you are a System Administrator/Engineer eager to deepen your expertise.
In this role, you design, operate, and enhance AD and PKI services while ensuring security and compliance. You keep documentation up to date, oversee third‑party activities, and support effective knowledge sharing within the team.
Your tasks:
- Ensure related solutions design, build and deployment
- Comply with the relevant data privacy, protection framework and adhere to industry best practices and regulations
- Manage evolutions of the service and related solutions
- Ensure availability and access to appropriate documentation
- To technically manage and operate services
- Formally delegate tasks to third parties and follow status
- Ensure adequate training and information/knowledge sharing with his deputy
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a System Administrator or System Engineer role, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and/or PKI
- Background in a security-focused environment and/or demonstrated interest in the IT security field is considered a strong asset
- Agility: You can adapt to an evolving environment with change and uncertainties and remain capable of acting and deciding quickly
- Credibility & accountability: You take responsibility for your actions, acknowledge mistakes, apologize when needed, and are open to accepting others' mistakes
- Holistic Thinking: You view situations as part of a larger system, understanding how changes affect the whole, and approach challenges from multiple angles while considering various options
- Fluent in English, French or German as an asset
