CNS Technical Dispatcher 80-100%
Description
You will be responsible to provide support related to operational activities to the CNS Division Management, mainly the Heads of (technical) Operations groups. All tasks and activities shall be clearly focused on adding value to the performance of the CNS Services division with harmonized processes across all sites. In particular, the CNS Technical Dispatcher is acting as a key interface between units of the CNS Services division, as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure highest level of safety and quality in the CNS Services service provisioning.
Your responsabilities:
- Coordinate all activities related to specific company-wide tools, methods, procedures, and processes in the frame of change implementations, in close cooperation with all involved stake-holders
- Act as the divisional point of contact for internal and external client requests
- Provide support to the CNS Services division regarding logistic, procurement, invoicing, and administrative matters
- Actively support and advice the CNS Services division to efficiently manage technical operations and related matters
- Coordinate with third parties, i.e., MeteoSwiss, both international airports, and flight calibration services
Your profile:
- Technician diploma or bachelor degree with respective knowledge in the field of technics and/or aviation, preferably in the CNS domain
- >5 years of experience in the field of technical maintenance, intervention service or technical operations in the ANSP sector
- Experience with quality, security, and safety concepts for operational change and run activities; respectively ANSP work methods
- At ease with data management incl. administrative know-how in SAP and project office
- Excellent oral and written communication in French and in English (German a plus)
- Sound understanding of the organization and well-established interlinked thinking
