Your profile:

 

  • Diploma (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical discipline
  • ITIL v3 certified
  • 3 to 5 years working experience in IT Operation
  • Experienced in operating a mission critical and complex enterprise IT network landscape with high quality standards
  • Fluent in French and English

Your responsibilities:

 

The ICT Specialist for ATM Data Processing performs tasks concerning preventive und corrective maintenance as well as modification for the safety-related ATM (Air Traffic Management) Data Pro-cessing equipment within his area of responsibility.To enable you to carry out this task independently and competently, you will be trained as an Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personel (ATSEP) as part of a two-year induction and training programme. During this time you will be paid your full salary.

 

  • Operation/Maintenance of ATM (Air Traffic Management) Data Processing Applications
  • Carrying out preventive tasks (supervision, periodical checks, analysis of log files) to ensure a high operational availability
  • Carrying out of corrective tasks (troubleshooting, preparation and executing of corrective interventions) to restore the ATM services
  • Deployment/Installation of Application modifications and new releases
  • Supporting of the Lifecycle Management (Replacement of HW, SW/Applications)
  • Ensuring a 7/24h on-call service
