IT End User Services Specialist (80-100%)


We are looking for a dedicated IT End User Services Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional technical support to our end users. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems, implementing solutions, and continuous improvements of our services and processes. You are interested in customer satisfaction as well having a positive relation with customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing 2nd and 3rd Level support to end users via phone, email, chat or in person
  • Processing incidents, problems, and service request tickets in our ITSM Tool
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Document support activities, solutions, and resolutions for future references
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications and peripheral devices

Your profile:

  • Education in Information Technology 
  • Proven experience (min 3 years) in providing technical support to end users in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows) and productivity software (M365)
  • Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, Citrix. MS Exchange, Jira & Confluence
  • Driving license and willingness to travel to regional airports
  • Languages: French native, English Level B2
