Intern Portfolio Management - 12 Months (80-100%)

Location: Geneva 
When: 01 Mai 2026 or upon availability 

Your mission:

As a Portfolio Intern, you will actively contribute to facilitate the execution and delivery of the portfolio (projects, epics and programs). You support the Portfolio Department providing oversight, analysis, and reporting aligned with the strategy and portfolio governance framework, to support and enable steering, prioritisation, planning and decision-making, according to the corporate objectives and portfolio strategy.

Your tasks:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, performance, finance, IT) to collect, validate, and structure data. Understand stakeholder needs and adapt dashboards and reporting tools accordingly
  • Support the Portfolio specialist by designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI to support the Strategy Department (framework, priorities, KPIs, performance)
  • Support the Portfolio Department by assessing and monitoring project performance results tracking progress
  • Contribute to the preparation of strategic presentations and reports for senior management and decision-making committees
  • Support the Portfolio department in other projects and recurring activities

What we are looking for:

  • Recently graduated from a Master's or Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with extended use of Power BI, Excel, basic SAP, dashboard creation and business data visualization
  • Interest in the aviation sector is desirable
  • Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
  • Curiosity: You demonstrate curiosity by showing genuine interest in your environment, trying new approaches, and asking thoughtful questions to gain deeper understanding
  • Fluency in English and French or German
