Internship Technical Quality (80-100%) for 9-12 months

Your mission:

In a dynamic, pleasant and supportive team, TQ Division will integrate you for your internship that will focus on continuous improvement part in a variety of added value missions.

Your tasks:

  • Non conformities surveillance, root cause analysis and synthesis
  • KPI improvements: on Time, on Quality, on Cost to implement and analyze
  • Quality action plan organization and surveillance with Agile methodologies
  • Support the training organizations
  • Support the new templates design and improvements
  • Support the communication initiative 
     

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor of Master degree in Quality Management
  • Experience or knowledge in Quality Management and Quality Assurance
  • Experience in managing continuous improvements methodologies and tools
  • Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
  • Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions
  • Excellent knowledge in English, French and German is an asset
