Strategic Funding Manager (80-100%)

Your mission:

In this role you ensure funding of Skyguide Activities (necessary outputs as well as alignment with internal processes/governance), and you overview the strategic funding evolutions (incl. stakeholder management).

Your tasks:

  • Ownership of corporate and European ANS funding initiatives 
  • Oversight of strategic funding evolutions 
  • Stakeholder management (e.g. Plan, organize and conduct Annual User Consultation)
  • Backup of Business Partner Air Navigation Services Revenues
  • Assurance of alignment of internal processes/governance and tools with the deliverables concerning ANS Revenues (e.g. evolution of managerial accounting, link with strategy/portfolio, etc.)
     

What we are looking for:

  • University degree in economics 
  • Several years of work experience in a similar environment
  • Effective relationship management of multiple stakeholders across the organization as well as with external stakeholders
  • Initiative: You proactively develop new methods and solutions, identify challenges, initiate necessary changes, and offer help to others when needed
  • Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions
  • Self & social awareness: You manage emotions effectively, staying composed under stress and avoiding impulsive reactions
  • Strong communication skills in English, German and/or French would be an asset
