Business Analyst (80-100%)

Your responsibilites:

  • Help drive the delivery of transformational and change initiatives through active participation and engagement
  • Design business use cases and define business requirements in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, mainly air traffic controllers and business architects
  • Establish operational concepts and scenarios for prototyping and simulation
  • Link with the business and product owners to identify prototyping needs with focus on Virtual Center (our main transformation programme) but as well other future strategic developments plans
  • Act as main business (air traffic management) contact in the development core team, assuring the link to busi-ness functions such as Human Factors or Safety and the link to the Agile Release Train
  • Contribute to overall testing and documentation activities
  • Participate to operational business transformation and business process re-engineering
  • Use business analysis skills to derive and write clear business concepts (e.g. Operational concepts, White Paper)
  • Act as Operation's stakeholder representative within and outside Skyguide

Your tasks:

  • Proven experience in business analysis requirements engineering and business process engineering; experience in aviation industry is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong skills to foster collaboration, drive innovation and work in the detail as well at a conceptual level
  • Strategic thinking and ability to see and manage the big picture and to implement new ways of working
  • Ability to inspire results / change through analysis and visual representation
  • Exceptional communication and cooperation skills, ability to manage stakeholders' expectations
  • Strong aptitude working with innovation, uncertainties, and iterative working practice 
  • Proven working experience with agile methods and frameworks 
  • Track record in gaining agreement to competing customer requirements
  • Able to work effectively as part of functional and cross-functional teams, be energetic, proactive and flexible
  • University Master degree or comparable, specialization in Aviation or ATM Business is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written), French and/or German is an asset
  • Travels to branch offices within Switzerland are frequently required
