Enterprise Architect (80-100%)

Location: Wangen b. Düb. &/or Geneva 
When: 01.11.2025 or upon availability 

 

Your mission:

As part of the Enterprise Architecture team, the Enterprise Architect will have the responsibility to support alignment of business mission, strategy, processes and technology of Skyguide.

Your tasks:

  • Deliver analysis and artefacts to inform and support high-level decision making
  • Define and ensure application of Enterprise Architecture principles, standards, and best practices by the different units
  • Define, deliver, and maintain high-level Baseline & Target Architecture and Transition Plan
  • Provide guidance and support to programs and projects about their architectural choices and decisions
  • Provide support & guidance to our modelling community

What we are looking for:

  • Graduate degree in business process, engineering, computer science or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an architecture role in addition to at least 5 years’ experience in an engineering or technical project management role
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one of Business Process Engineering, Applications development, Data structures or Technology infrastructure
  • Professional credentials in TOGAF, Zachman framework, ArchiMate, ITIL and/or Agile would be a strong asset
  • Holistic thinking: You view situations as part of a larger system, understanding how changes affect the whole, and approach challenges from multiple angles while considering various options
  • Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
  • Proficient in English and very good skills in French or German
