Head of Centralised Rostering (60-80%)
Your Responsibilities :
- Lead the Central Rostering Office (CRO) unit in close collaboration with the group leaders
- Continuous work on align both teams towards best practices
- Play an active role in staff planning-related working groups, projects (eg. Stress and Fatigue Management, CLA Commission, representing the company's strategic interests)
- Conduct, initiate and/or support studies to improve planning methods
- Act as the point of contact for management : carry out regular satisfaction surveys with the management of the operational units and take appropriate improvement actions
Your Profile :
- Experience as a CRO customer (ATCO Air Traffic Controller, Air Navigation Services Employee), and/or planning experience with extended knowledge of Swiss labor law and EU legal framework applicable to ATCO rostering systems
- Strong ability to implement end-to-end processes to optimize CRO activities in a highly demanding environment
- Team leadership, stakeholders management
- Solution oriented, strong communication and persuasion skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to both location (Geneva, Dübendorf)
- Proficient in French or German with good command in the other language, excellent command in English
