Quality & Service Management Engineer (80-100%)

Your Responsibilities:

 

Are you a passionate, experienced, and meticulous Quality Management Engineer with a strong back-ground in IT Service Management and Digital Documentation, ideally with knowledge of the Communication, Navigation & Surveillance domains?

Are you willing to play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and excellence within the organization, particularly in the areas of Run and Change?

  • Develop and implement quality, safety and compliance best practices in the CNS area including data queries, dashboard, and reporting
  • Support CNS change managers to meet the highest quality standards
  • Participate to the IT service management program, which aims at defining and deploying T-wide ITIL processes and facilitate their implementation into CNS teams
  • Actively participate to the improvement of the asset data modelling, governance, while ensuring their reliability
  • Drive the digitalization of documentation, including document structure, while fostering a culture of digital documentation to enhance accessibility and collaboration

Your profile:

 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Quality Management, Requirement Engineering, and Digital Documentation
  • Experience with IT Service Management, and regulation & compliance management, ideally in the field of CNS or avionic
  • Knowledge of working with relational databases, in modelling data, and in designing and implementing reporting capabilities
  • Familiarity with international regulations & standards related to aviation or similar, and project management, are big plus
  • Disciplined, conscientious with service-oriented attitude, proven abilities to take initiative and ready for action.
  • French or German mother tongue, excellent oral and written communication in English (level C1)
