Senior ATM Procedure Expert, 80-100%

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Manage assigned changes or projects ensuring compliance with the skyguide process landscape, particularly the M2 safety process and the C2 innovation and change process and correct coordination of issues with all affected stakeholders (mainly ATC units, airports, FOCA)
  • Preparation and coordination for related SORF 
  • Support all skyguide OPS units regarding daily OPS topics
  • Support the group to ensure that assigned tasks related to core OPS support business and external commercial activities are delivered on time and to the correct level of quality
  • Manage the development and maintenance of procedures at the national level for all civil and military ATM units
  • Manage assigned changes and projects ensuring compliance with the skyguide process landscape, correct coordination of issues with partners, preparation and coordination of all publications
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for other OPS Specialists at all levels
  • Lead or participate in internal, external working groups and represent skyguide at national and international levels

 

Your profile

 

  • Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) background, Bachelor Studies in Aviation or Aviation Background (ATM, Pilot or Engineer degree) completed by an experience as Procedures Expert
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of ANSP topics with the Swiss and European environment/legislation, ICAO legislation
  • Proven Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Autonomous and team work, ability to manage stakeholders, priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent French or German and English skills
