Head of AIM Operations (80-100%)
Location: Wangen b. Dübendorf
When: 1 February 2026
Your mission:
In this role, you will lead at 50% the AIM Operations unit, supervise teams and contribute at 50% as an operator and as an expert.
Your tasks:
- Ensure provision of safe and efficient (operational/cost) services
- Ensure the delivery of services in full compliance with applicable regulations
- Guarantee the implementation of procedures to ensure contingency, staff needs (competence, motivation and engagement) and rostering
- Manage the supervisors team
- Apply 5 years financial plan and budget, investment and operating
- Drive the establishment of a customer centric organization and the development of all operational and administrative activities with our AIM Operations
What we are looking for:
- Air Navigation Services Employee (ANSE) AIM qualification or equivalent
- Strong Aviation operational background with ability to drive and lead teams working in shifts
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts
- Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
- Leading business: You actively shape the future by creating customer value, contributing to sustainable success, while courageously anticipating needs and taking ownership of risks
- Very good command in German and English, French B1 Level
