Account & Contract Manager 80 - 100%

Location:  Wangen b. Dübendorf

Skyguide intends to further strengthen its participation in national and international programs and initiatives and to obtain financial funding where it is foreseen by institutions. For this, skyguide is looking for a Contract Manager, with the affinity for technical sales contracts. This versatile Junior Account Manager position, (reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing) will gain company-wide insight into various technical projects, collaborations and initiatives. She / He is responsible for overseeing and further developing the funding accounts and shall manage curren funding applications as well as identifying opportunities to support skyguide's strategic initiatives in the national and international context.


Your Mission

  • Analyse Skyguide’s strategic initiatives and projects concerning their alignment with nationally and internationally funding initiatives and structures
  • Identify project with funding potential across the whole company
  • Write technical funding applications with Project Managers and ensure deadlines are known and matched
  • Identify improvement potentials for currently funded activities and future funding opportunities
  • Monitor and manage the funding component of projects and inform all stakeholders
  • Responsibility for the funding process and all funding contracts
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with and hold contact with external counterparts
  • Link up with funding specialists in similar organizations


Your Profile

  • Experience in seeking funding, contract management and customer or stakeholder liaison
  • Proven ability to build and maintain efficient and professional client relationships 
  • University degree or Engineering degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Aviation) and / or 3 years experience in technical contract management or stakeholder management
  • Experience or degree in the aviation industry is an advantage
  • Excellent language skills (oral and written) in German / French / English
  • Highly customer service-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Sound knowledge of Project Management 
  • Distinct interpersonal skills, a team player that works well within matrix organizations
  • Prepared to travel as necessary
